AAS is currently looking for qualified EMT’s, Paramedics, and Dispatchers to join our team! Area is one of the largest and busiest ambulance services in the state of Iowa.  If you are interested in joining a dynamic group of passionate people, we highly encourage you to apply! Float medics are guaranteed to be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours per week with the possibility of 36+ hours.   This position requires a high degree of flexibility as Float schedules are determined week to week depending on the staffing needs of the upcoming week. This is an entry level position that all Paramedics and EMT’s are hired into regardless of past experience.

Floats then have the ability to earn full time positions as they become available.
